RIVER FOREST & RIATA

River Forest is a private and gated community located in north Monroe County. It’s a golfer’s paradise with an 18 hole course, 14,000 square-foot clubhouse with dining room and two swimming pools. In addition to golf, there is a tennis court, fitness center and equestrian facility. Located along the Little Towaliga River this neighborhood has some of the finest homes (and people) in Monroe county.

Across the bridge is the neighborhood of Riata. It’s a horse owners paradise! With pastures for grazing and riding there are over 30+ stalls for use along with a huge indoor arena. The neighborhood is not too shabby either. Beautiful craftsman style homes and it’s all away from the big city hustle. 

Both neighborhoods offer quiet living with nearby access to I-75 for easy travel to Atlanta or Forsyth.
