Brent sold a house for us. He was amazing! The house was listed on a Thursday evening and by Sunday it was under contract for more than we were asking, and we had multiple offers! We were worried that it might take months but obviously it didn’t. This was our first time selling a house. Brent was fantastic! He used a great photographer whose pictures showed the house in such a great way. He listened to our questions and concerns and walked us through every step of the process. He gave us advice on different things to do and not to do. And we are so glad we listened to him! Had we not listened, we would have spent money needlessly preparing the house to sell. Brent told us he believed the house would sell quickly but I don’t think any of us expected it to sell in three days! Would we recommend him? Absolutely, we would!”
